On May 28, the 10th anniversary celebration of Ethiopian Airlines’ Shanghai-Addis Ababa route was held in Shanghai. Leaders of the Ethiopian Embassy in China, Shanghai Pudong Airport Customs, border inspection, public security bureau and other units attended the event to witness this important moment.
Based on the fruitful results achieved in the 10 years since the opening of the “Shanghai-Addis Ababa” route, Ethiopian Airlines and Shanghai Airport Group signed a memorandum of Understanding on cooperation on the afternoon of the same day, and the two sides will further deepen cooperation and jointly promote air connectivity between the two sides.
Ethiopian Airlines Group leader said: “In the past ten years, our cooperation with Shanghai Airport Group has achieved remarkable results, providing great convenience for personnel exchanges and economic and trade exchanges between the two places. In the future, we will continue to work together to promote the prosperity and development of the aviation industry of the two places and contribute more to promoting China-Africa friendship and cooperation.”
